Maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion (Cherry Blossom: Illusion)
The usual outfit of Sakuya from the world that snows in spring. She wears a scarf and carries lots of silver knives.

Youkaten (a Touhou LW original) refers to early spring when various flowers bloom and the weather is usually overcast. This is a fitting temperament for Sakuya, who must reclaim spring for the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Sakuya is endowed with Metal Phase, due to her skills with knives, and with Moon Essence, as a vampire's servant. The cold and silent Metal Phase resists Earth Phase, because earth bears metal, but it is weak to Fire Phase, because fire refines metal. The cooperative and indecisive Moon Essence resists the alluring and arrogant Sun Essence, but it is weak to the diverse and uncooperative Star Essence.
The ability of Sakuya Izayoi from the world with a never-ending winter (a Touhou LW original). It is essentially the same as our version of Sakuya's ability. However, despite having this ability, this world's Sakuya is yet to resolve the Spring Snow Incident. The Scarlet Devil Mansion has shut itself off from the world in a vain attempt to escape the cold. Their stocks of fuel are running out, and they can barely procure enough food... Even if Sakuya braved the journey to the Human Village, she'd find them in no better shape. Silence has come over Gensokyo... accompanied by the increasingly pervading stench of death. The incessant snowy weather reminds Sakuya of a city where it's always cloudy. Perhaps this incident can't be resolved by mindlessly retrying over and over again. The spring might not return until someone figures out what caused the incident to last so long. This not-so-ordinary maid continued to think about how out of the ordinary this incident was... Sakuya is a mysterious maid who, despite being human, lives in the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Perhaps she holds a secret that will let her unravel the mysteries of this incident. Sakuya's Illusion Sign loadout includes knife-themed bombs and two more knife attacks―one that covers a wide area and one that homes in on her targets. Her plan was to skillfully switch between the two depending on whether she needed to deal with multiple enemies or snipe single targets. However, she later realized that this strategy falters against fast-moving opponents. There's only one way to see if another loadout would be more effective, and that's to try it for real. Then again, perhaps using the attacks she's used to is still her best bet...
The Spread Shot of Sakuya Izayoi from the world with a never-ending winter. In true magician fashion, she scatters knives over a wide area. Ludo Bile refers to the belladonna plant, whose name means "beautiful lady." It's known for its black-colored berries that are sweet yet toxic. The name of this attack seems to suggest that Sakuya's mysterious past hides some dark secrets.
The Focus Shot of Sakuya Izayoi from the world with a never-ending winter. In true magician fashion, she throws homing knives in this attack. Jack the Ripper is the name ascribed to the unidentified villain who spread terror across the fog-covered streets of London. The case was never solved, leading to many theories and fantasies about the true nature of the crimes and the culprit. It goes without saying that there is no known connection between Jack the Ripper and Sakuya.
A Spell Card of Sakuya Izayoi from the world with a never-ending winter. She throws extremely large knives all around her. It feels especially bad to be on the receiving end of an attack that's indiscriminate. As a maid, Sakuya is really good at taking out the trash. This is perhaps one of the reasons why Remilia, her vampire mistress, values her service so highly.
A Spell Card of Sakuya Izayoi from the world with a never-ending winter. She snipes her enemies with extremely large knives. No one knows why Sakuya gave this name to her Spell Card, but it's just as menacing as the last. What is certain, however, is that Sakuya is often considered to be like a puppet in the way she obeys her mistress's orders without question. In fact, Sakuya has also been likened to a dog by some people... and not in a good way.
The Last Word of Sakuya Izayoi from the world with a never-ending winter (a Touhou LW original). She throws knives imbued with winter temperament. Actions performed within a closed-off world leave no perceptible trace to those outside it. Sakuya holds a certain amount of professional respect for the one who cleanly prolonged this incident while maintaining their anonymity. As somewhat the opposite of a detective, she feels like she's placed in the perfect position to find the true mastermind. No one else even comes close. With thoughts of her mistress shivering within the freezing Scarlet Devil Mansion ever on her mind, Sakuya once more sets out to face Yuyuko at Hakugyokurou.
Cozy and warm, but her skirt is just as short as always.
An essential tool in any maid's arsenal. It cleans up dust and enemies.
A Supernatural Border for stealing spring. Using it is like lighting a match―it makes you feel a little bit warmer.
