Ordinary Black Magician (Cherry Blossom: Love)
The usual outfit of Marisa from the world that snows in spring. With her hat in hand, she's ready to shoot lasers.

Kan-u (a Touhou LW original) refers to cold winter rain. This is an apt temperament for Marisa, who dearly misses spring. Marisa is endowed with Water Phase, because of her affinity with rain, and Star Essence, since she likes the stars. The flexible and patient Water Phase resists Metal Phase, because metal collects water, but it is weak to Earth Phase, because earth directs water. The diverse and uncooperative Star Essence resists the cooperative and indecisive Moon Essence, but it is weak to the charming and arrogant Sun Essence.
The ability of Marisa Kirisame from the world with a never-ending winter (a Touhou LW original). It is essentially the same as our version of Marisa's ability. However, despite having this ability, this world's Marisa is yet to resolve the Spring Snow Incident. Upon reuniting with Alice, Marisa thought to herself, "Yep, battles of bullets are all about power." She felt raw firepower was the key to defeating the Saigyouji lady, and that with enough firepower, she might be able to blast away the snows that covered Gensokyo. Her ideas were rather out there, but she was having trouble thinking straight. For while Gensokyo was bitterly cold and covered in frost, the Netherworld was swelteringly hot. And when thinking isn't an option, you could almost call resorting to brute firepower wise. "Right now, I need to keep moving forward like a laser beam. If I do something wrong, I can deal with it later," she thought. Marisa's Love Sign loadout includes laser-themed bombs and two types of piercing lasers. This loadout appears to have been built to annihilate her enemies, but if it's not used effectively, its firepower can easily go to waste. Marisa has been thinking of shoring up her shots with some form of reliable firepower. But there's only one way to see if adjustments like that would be more effective, and that's to try them for real. Then again, perhaps using items she's used to is still her best bet...
The Spread Shot of Marisa Kirisame from the world with a never-ending winter. In true magician fashion, she fires a magic laser at her enemies. Although, perhaps that should be, "In true Marisa fashion." As everybody undoubtedly knows, a laser is an electromagnetic wave whose direction and waveform are aligned. However, it'd be rather scary going up against a youkai with only normal lasers. You'd want ones infused with magic.
The Focus Shot of Marisa Kirisame from the world with a never-ending winter. In true magician fashion, she fires an illusion laser at her enemies. Marisa sure loves lasers. Lasers are made of waves. Therefore, magic lasers, which are effective against youkai, must also be made of waves. Come to think of it, the fact that bullets are made out of magical waves can be seen by how Reisen's ability and Raiko's Ability Card interact with them. So, the existence of magic lasers seems only natural.
A Spell Card of Marisa Kirisame from the world with a never-ending winter. She fires a familiar-looking omnidirectional laser. To love is to beg. Such is the belief of Marisa, who yearns for the stars. And so she borrows and imitates. The meanings of "study" and "imitate" are deeply connected, and "creation" and "replication" are two sides of the same coin. Human culture is not built upon the notion of creating something from nothing, but of searching for ways to replicate that which you admire.
A Spell Card of Marisa Kirisame from the world with a never-ending winter. She fires a familiar-looking thick laser. This laser is a trademark attack of Marisa's, but originally, it was used by another. If Marisa created Master Spark by imitating another person's attack, then you could say she's simply borrowing her identity from them. Whether you would call her pathetic or brazen for doing so surely divides people. But you should remember that no one truly creates anything from nothing. Imitation is achieved via a long period of research, analysis, and creation. This process could also be called studying.
The Last Word of Marisa Kirisame from the world with a never-ending winter (a Touhou LW original). She unleashes an experimental attack that was designed to output maximum firepower. Marisa thought everything through and concluded this incident was beyond human understanding. Incidents are caused by youkai, so they have never been easy to understand, but this time was different. It was too great for a human to resolve. But should humans give up, Gensokyo will fall into the hands of the youkai. Even if the incident was truly impossible to resolve, quitting was not an option. After that realization, Marisa knew there was nothing left to think about. It was time to battle. She had to keep increasing her firepower as much as possible to topple whoever stood in her way. If things went well, maybe the heat of her attacks would melt away the frost that encased Gensokyo.
When Marisa's going out, she chooses her clothes carefully and makes sure to wrap up warm.
Her hakkero can shoot out more than just lasers. It seems like she'll need a little more practice to master the temperature settings, though.
A Supernatural Border of affection for winter. Marisa doesn't mind winter, but that doesn't mean she wants it to go on forever.
