Character Information

Temperament: Hare!

Hare! (a Touhou LostWord original) refers to bright sunny days that make you want to shout with joy. Clear blue skies are beautiful. Yukkuri Reimu is endowed with Wood Phase since she goes where the wind takes her, and Sun Essence because of her not-so-heavy responsibilities as the yukkuri Hakurei shrine maiden. The strong and kind Wood Phase resists Water Phase, because water nourishes wood, but it is weak to Metal Phase, because metal carves wood. The alluring and arrogant Sun Essence resists the diverse and uncooperative Star Essence, but it is weak to the cooperative and indecisive Moon Essence.

Ability/Backstory: Capable of taking it easy

Yukkuri Reimu's ability (a Touhou LW original). The "capable of taking it easy" ability held by yukkuris incorporates a toned-down version of their Yukkuri Master's signature ability. This means that Yukkuri Reimu is also capable of flying... slowly. She floats leisurely through the air, causing herself and everyone around her to take it easy. This might actually be a good ability for a shrine maiden since she can potentially use it to quell the ire of wrathful gods.

Attacks

Yukkuri Amulet

Yukkuri Reimu's Spread Shot (a Touhou LW original). Yukkuri Reimu prays as she throws rice crackers and random ofuda that she found lying around Hakurei Shrine. For some reason, they home in on her targets when she throws them together.

Bullets
  • Random Ofuda
  • Sure-Hit Rice Cracker
  • Peeled-Off Ofuda
  • Tattered Ofuda
  • Ofuda Taken From the Offering Box
  • Victory Rice Cracker
Yukkuri Needle

Yukkuri Reimu's Focus Shot (a Touhou LW original). Yukkuri Reimu would like to throw needles imbued with faith, but since needles are kind of dangerous, she chucks the spines off chestnuts instead. If she happens to find any lucky tea stalks floating upright in her tea, she throws them as well after praying and imbuing them with her faith.

Bullets
  • Lucky Tea Stalk
  • Spiky Chestnut
  • Super Lucky Tea Stalk
  • Spiny Chestnut
  • Fresh Lucky Tea Stalk
  • Broken Needle
Easy Sign: Fantasy Seal

Yukkuri Reimu's Spell Card (a Touhou LW original). She shoots radiant orbs... along with some soft rubber balls at her foes. Apparently, she can seal the power of any youkai she hits, even though they don't seem to suffer any damage. Perhaps they're just playing along.

Bullets
  • Fantasy Orb
  • Sure-Hit Fantasy Orb
  • Glowing Rubber Ball
  • Explosive Fantasy Orb
  • Sunshine Fantasy Rubber Ball
  • Sunshine Rubber Ball
Easy Sign: Sealing Circle

Yukkuri Reimu's Spell Card (a Touhou LW original). She uses ofuda to create a circular barrier, hoping someone gets trapped inside. Unfortunately, there are sometimes holes in the barrier, so even if someone gets caught, they can still escape if they're lucky.

Bullets
  • Shiny Pillar
  • Bright Pillar
  • Shiny Evil-Sealing Pillar
  • Round Pillar
  • Bright Evil-Sealing Pillar
  • Blinding Pillar
Yukkuri Fantasy Nature

Yukkuri Reimu's Last Word (a Touhou LW original). Similar to Reimu Hakurei's Fantasy Nature attack, Yukkuri Reimu frees herself from all limits and restrictions. This could potentially let her transcend her yukkuri nature to fly freely through the air.

Bullets
  • Sun Ofuda
  • Ofuda Covered in Text
  • Indecipherable Ofuda
  • Ensnaring Radiance
  • Anti-Bad-Guy Radiance
  • Natural Radiance
