Temperament: Diamond Dust
Diamond Dust refers to a phenomenon where water vapor is rapidly cooled down, resulting in fine ice crystals that appear to dance in the air. This is the only temperament for Cirno, who can freeze anything in an instant. Cirno is endowed with Water Phase, as a spirit connected to ice, and Star Essence, showing her carefree nature as a fairy. The flexible and patient Water Phase resists Metal Phase, because metal collects water, but it is weak to Earth Phase, because earth directs water. The diverse and uncooperative Star Essence resists the cooperative and indecisive Moon Essence, but it is weak to the charming and arrogant Sun Essence.
Ability/Backstory: Capable of manipulating cold
Cirno can instantly freeze something if it is small enough, which is an impressive show of power for a fairy. Apparently, she is supposed to be weak to fire (for example, torches), but you wouldn't know that just looking at her. The ice fairy uses her ability unconsciously, which makes her very useful in the hot summer months. On the other hand, you might be the target of a prank if you suddenly feel an unnatural chill in the winter.

Cirno's Focus Shot. It freezes anything it touches, so you definitely don't want it to hit you. It is unclear how the freezing laser works and what temperature the laser is. Knowing Cirno, it could be -100,000,000 degrees.

Ice Sign: Icicle Fall
Cirno's Spell Card. This bullet attack generates a large number of icicles and lets them fall down on its target. It is a terrifying sight, to say the least. If you look closely, you can see that the icicles never fall near Cirno.

Freeze Sign: Perfect Freeze
Cirno's Spell Card. After letting loose a barrage of colorful bullets, Cirno freezes them to a stop before making them move again in this elaborate attack. Anyone who underestimates Cirno for being a mere fairy will regret it―in spades.

Ice Age - Snowball Earth
Cirno's Last Word (a Touhou LW original). Cirno puts all her power in this attack―like she plans to freeze the whole Earth―to freeze everything surrounding her. Water expands when it freezes, so the ice on both sides grows to crush the targets between them. All Cirno is doing is chilling the area around her, but that is enough for her to wreak all this damage.

Skills
Skill: Widespread Freezing
Cirno freezes a large area at once. For her, it's a piece of (ice cream) cake.
Skill: Discharge
This attack releases heat from Cirno's body and lowers her body temperature, like a vent. It disturbs the balance of yin and yang.
Skill: Flash Freezing
Perfect for when you want to cool off straight away, but it creates a film of frost that can be a bit annoying to deal with.
