Ryuuseigun (a Touhou LW original) refers to a meteor shower, a phenomenon that occurs when a group of meteors seems to shoot out from one point in the sky. It is a perfect temperament for Star Sapphire, the fairy of starlight. Star Sapphire is endowed with Wood Phase, from her homey disposition, and Star Essence, from her unbounded nature that goes hand in hand with being a fairy. The strong and kind Wood Phase resists Water Phase, because water nourishes wood, but it is weak to Metal Phase, because metal carves wood. The diverse and uncooperative Star Essence resists the cooperative and indecisive Moon Essence, but it is weak to the charming and arrogant Sun Essence.
Star Sapphire's ability might not seem like it would be very useful in battle, but you would be surprised. Her ability allows her to detect where any living thing is, so she immediately notices if anyone comes by while she is setting up a prank. You could call her a living radar. Since this allows her to act without being noticed, if you combine the abilities of the Three Fairies of Light, they could probably pull off the perfect crime. However, her ability does not work on a certain somebody with the ability to manipulate waves, so she cannot detect her presence. Perhaps the presence Star detects is some kind of wave inherent to each living thing...
Star Sapphire's Spread Shot (a Touhou LW original). Light rains down from the night sky in this bullet hell attack. When Star Sapphire heard that space is full of light that cannot be seen, she came up with this shot, because according to her, "Light should always be seen!"
Star Sapphire's Focus Shot (a Touhou LW original). She shoots out bullets that look like giant clouds of stardust―at this size, they are practically meteorites. It would really hurt if this hit your head!
Star Sapphire's Spell Card. She shoots out stardust that glitters like jewels and then makes it explode. The explosion is as beautiful as a twinkling star, but it packs quite a punch if it hits you.
Star Sapphire's Spell Card. She binds starlight together into a huge laser in this bullet hell attack. Incidentally, starlight travels in a straighter line on the moon than on the earth.
Star Sapphire's Last Word (a Touhou LW original). She borrows the power of starlight to create a huge explosion. A supernova is a bright and powerful stellar explosion, and the more extreme version of that is the hypernova. It represents a star's death, but at the same time, it is also the birth of a new star. Come to think of it, fairies are said to be the incarnation of life, but in another country, they are also said to be the souls of the dead... The truth is a mystery.
Note that it says presences and not situations, because observing a situation is not exactly Star Sapphire's best skill... She is not great at taking a hint.
Star Sapphire collects the lights of the stars all at once and unleashes them to confuse her target!
Star uses starlight to turn the night sky into a camera, making her bullets much more accurate!
