Dellinger Effect (a Touhou LW original) refers to a blackout in radio communications caused by an ionospheric disturbance. This is an apt temperament for this Tenshi, who has a strong desire to keep moving forward but is often steered adrift by her borrowed artifacts. Her temperament has changed in order for her to survive in the Crazed World. She has developed resistance to Sun Essence to combat the intense rays of sun and resistance to Fire Phase to combat the intense heat.

The ability of Tenshi Hinanawi, the racer (a Touhou LW original). In the world brimming with heat and madness, its denizens use ultra-long-distance races to determine the outcome of battles. Tenshi's ability doesn't appear to have changed much, but the way in which she conducts battles of bullets has changed drastically. This world's Tenshi participates in races riding on Flaming Gale, the motorcycle form of the Wind Fire Wheels artifact. Artifacts are special magic items that celestials and hermits use. It's theorized that similar magic items can be found in the Lunar Capital. According to Tenshi, this world's Heaven is constantly being scorched and burned because it is closer to the Sun compared to the Earth down below, making it even more boring. Tenshi is always in pursuit of fun, and the Earth is her last hope of finding it. That's why she's determined to enjoy her time there. She doesn't really have a wish she wants granted should she win the race, but if she really had to pick something, perhaps she'd ask for help in rebuilding the Earth. Ordinarily, Tenshi is the one to toy with people, but in this case, she's being somewhat toyed with by Flaming Gale. You might be thinking that Tenshi could do away with the motorcycle and simply fly on her own… but it seems she's grown overly fond of riding Flaming Gale. She wants to master riding it, and soon enough, she will. But more than anything, she simply wants to stay riding it as long as she can. Her one complaint is its personality. And it seems Flaming Gale has the same opinion of Tenshi. Flaming Gale (also known as Wind Fire Wheels) is an artifact from Heaven used as a vehicle. It doesn't belong to Tenshi, she is merely "borrowing" it from one of her celestial acquaintances. This time, it's opted to take the form of a motorcycle, one remarkably similar to the ones humans ride on Earth. While it's certainly an artifact, it should be noted there are supposedly several types of artifacts, with Flaming Gale being one of the most unique. Powerful artifacts, like Flaming Gale, seem to have a will of their own, which they use to choose their wielders. Sometimes, however, they don't choose, and instead, their abilities are activated or sealed in response to the potential wielder's power. So what does that make Tenshi? Did Flaming Gale choose her, or...? Flaming Gale originates from an ancient artifact known as the Fire Wheel, which was held by Flaming Gale's three-faced, six-armed owner. However, the other five artifacts that Flaming Gale's owner held in its other hands are lending it their strength. They are the Demon-Cutting Sword, the Demon-Slashing Blade, the Demon-Binding Chain, the Demon-Taming Vajra, and the Embroidered Ball. Other than these five, several more items that belong to this three-faced, six-armed being are also used in its design. Tenshi really seems to love this motorcycle, but is it really OK for her to be borrowing it? No one but Tenshi can hear Flaming Gale's voice. While you certainly wouldn't call it chatty, when it does talk, it can be pretty persuasive. Doesn't that remind you of someone?
