It is a fitting temperament for Sanae Kochiya, a goddess from Earth whose boundless imagination often drifts beyond reason. Even her temperament has been shaped by her delusions. It combines her own Star Essence with the Metal Phase of a Kunitsukami ascending to the heavens, and the Moon Essence of the Lunar Capital's savior. The diverse and uncooperative Star Essence resists the cooperative and indecisive Moon Essence, but it is weak to the alluring and arrogant Sun Essence. The cold and silent Metal Phase resists Earth Phase, because earth bears metal, but it is weak to Fire Phase, because fire refines metal. The cooperative and indecisive Moon Essence resists the alluring and arrogant Sun Essence, but it is weak to the diverse and uncooperative Star Essence. The combination of Star Essence and Moon Essence cancels out any resistance or weakness to Sun Essence.

There is no noticeable difference between her ability and the abilities of Sanaes from other worlds. The 15th Prolonged Incident. It was discovered when agents of the Lunar Capital launched a purification assault on the Youkai Mountain. Up to that point, the flow of events was the same as in the true data. Sanae received the Ultramarine Orb Elixir at Eientei and decided to use it. She believed that the Lunarians living on Earth must've sought her out because they knew of her strength. If that was the case, then this elixir was surely meant to further enhance that power. After finishing her battle with the moon rabbits, Sanae made her way toward a nearby outpost, which was closer than she had expected. But then, an unsettling thought passed through her mind. Beyond this point... perhaps lay the boundless void of space. Sanae had often heard stories of journeys between the Earth and the Moon in the tales told by Reimu and the residents of Eientei. She decided that she needed to be prepared and returned to Moriya Shrine. When she took the matter to Kanako and Suwako, they nodded and brought out something from the shrine's old storage. She half expected a space suit, but what emerged instead was a collection of worn-out Apollo memorabilia. They were all retro items that didn't seem useful for anything at all. Were these worn-out mementos from her parents somehow the source of her divine power? Or was it the side effect of the Ultramarine Orb Elixir? Whatever the cause, Sanae's power now carved a path through space itself, leading events in a direction no one could have foreseen. Was this a dream... or was it really happening? The Euhemerus Theory (Euhemerism) It is one of the ancient philosophies recorded in the outside world data. It says that every god was once human. Kings, heroes, priests, even barbarians. Every being who had a great ability gave rise to the divine. The Ultramarine Orb Elixir was created by Eirin Yagokoro. When taken, it can undo a hit as though it never happened. Even for a genius pharmacist, such a feat sounds impossible. But this elixir doesn't actually rewrite reality. It manifests a form of foresight. By foreseeing a future with near-perfect precision, the user can anticipate the moment of impact and attempt to evade it. Should that attempt fail, the failure itself becomes part of another vision, like one layer folded within another. There seems to be no limit to how many of these meta-layers can exist, resulting in access to infinite layers of visions. A drug capable of this seems unreal, but Eirin insists otherwise. She feels it's no different from playing Go or shogi. Humans are already used to running countless simulations in their minds whenever they plan their next move. The Ultramarine Orb Elixir is said to continuously purify its user. Being struck is essentially a form of simulated death, and it obviously counts as defilement. When that impurity is purified, not only is the moment of death erased, but also a portion of that person's life leading up to it, effectively causing a reversal of time up to a point before impact. Both life and death are forms of impurity. According to one god, this effect is fatal to deities who dwell on Earth. However, when used by humans, it results in a state of perfect purity, a completely cleansed human. But Sanae is both god and human. What could such purification mean in her case? This Sanae is convinced that her divine power has simply grown stronger. Her more mature appearance makes her think she's become something like a magical girl or the radiant heroines she's seen on TV. So she assumes it must be some kind of divine power at work. But if the Ultramarine Orb Elixir is fatal to gods on Earth, that would mean Sanae isn't becoming more divine. She's becoming more human. And that humanity of hers is being purified to perfection. A human cleansed of every trace of impurity and purified to absolute perfection can no longer be called human. According to the Euhemerus Theory, such a being would instead be considered a god. The pure, primordial ancestor from which both humans and gods originated. A pure being whose existence is uncertain, yet undeniable. In the years to come, they could be known as a human or a god. Perhaps, from a different point of view, it is the image of an evolved human yet to come. A being of the distant future, refined and purified beyond all imperfection.
