The Butterfly Fairy Who Approached God Too Quickly
The usual outfit of Larva from the world where the four seasons were in total disarray. South or west? That is the question.

I am Eternity Larva. So, little girl, what kind of foes have you vanquished thus far?
Introduction
Urgh, my head... Oh, little girl. I was looking for you. It's me, Eternity Larva. Cirno lost to Uzumasa, but she did enough for me to regain my divinity. Uzumasa claims to be the god among gods, but I wasn't gonna let the God of Eternal Night waste away in her divine aspect collection. Now I go to steal the others. You're coming too. Master Ooube no Oo? Don't worry. That puppet is gone. I'm the God of Eternal Night, the god of the new world. Also known as the fairy queen... No, enough with the act. Say, girl, do you know what I am? I... I don't. I wish I were a simple swallowtail butterfly.
Purple Heart
Fairyland was a fertile land covered in black soil.
Blue Heart
Tell me, Uzumasa. Why did you exterminate me?
Green Heart
As a fairy who came from a land across the sea, far to the west, I had to found a megalithic civilization here. Fairyland was all about big rocks, you see.
Orange Heart
The Mibube welcomed all those who crossed the sea to get here. That's because they wanted to build a government with a strong international presence. Isn't that right, Uzumasa? I came from the south, so the Mibube was the perfect place of learning for me.
Pink Heart
Uzumasa, could you please grant my wish? Manipulate my temperament through my back and erase my memories. I don't want to forget―I want them gone. That way, when I am reborn, I will be but a simple fairy. Some traces of the God of Eternal Night will probably remain, though.
Autumn
Did Uzumasa's rice spirits bless the village with a bountiful harvest? Is this one of the futures that the prince dreamed of...?

Cirno, could you please save me? I want to be a simple swallowtail butterfly fairy, not a fairy queen or the God of Eternal Night. This is all an illusion conjured by the out-of-control temperament.
Enhancement
Seal me away before I doom this world to an eternity of night.
Return
Battles are just another means of communication.
Home 1
The God of Eternal Night? The fairy queen? Is there any proof that those pasts belong to me? If we go out of commission enough times, our past disappears. Isn't that right, Cirno?
Home 2
Uzumasa tricked me in order to steal my power of eternal night. Now I shall steal her hoard of divine aspects, and with them I shall give riches to the poor, and youth to the old!
Home 3
To me, my fairies. As the fairy queen, I order you to hold a Fairy Moot. And you... if you don't have a home, I shall turn you into a fairy. You can live with me for eternity.
Reaction 1
Yes, I'm bugging out. Pun intended.
Reaction 2
This world is a chrysalis―a chrysalis from which eternal night shall soon take flight.
Reaction 3
Are you awaiting your own metamorphosis as you sleep on my lap? *pats head*
Task
Forget the tasks. Why don't you chat with me instead?
Task Complete
I see... The world has completely changed. As thanks for telling me all about it, I'll give you a big hug.
Mail
A letter? Here, let's read it.
Errand Finished
The errand girls are back. Looks like Cirno's here too!
Start of Battle
I wish I were just a fairy. Then I wouldn't have to feel this way.
Mid-Wave
Wow, you're dumb.
Victory
If you can't defeat me, then this world's night shall truly become eternal.
Defeat
Wow! Amazing! No wonder you beat me.
Spellcard 1 Chant 1
I'll turn the world to night, eternity into eternal

Character Information
Temperament: Tensei
Tensei (a Touhou LW original) refers to a sign from Heaven or thunder. Is this fairy who chronically resembles a swallowtail butterfly truly Eternity Larva?
This Eternity Larva is strong against Wood Phase, but weak to Earth Phase.
The Chronical Incident spawned a universe within Eternity Larva, or perhaps it's the other way around, and the universe she created simply resembles the Chronical Incident. Either way, her temperament is one and the same as her world's.
Ability/Backstory: Capable of scattering scales (Chronic)
The ability of Eternity Larva from the world where the four seasons were in total disarray (a Touhou LW original). It doesn't appear to be significantly different from Eternity Larva's original ability.
A new type of being has been discovered: PH Beings, also known as Philosophical Beings. The "PH" is short for "philosophy," denoting an obsessive love for knowledge. PH Beings are the self-proclaimed culprits of Chronical Incidents. They have surrendered and turned themselves in. This Eternity Larva is the self-proclaimed culprit of the 16th Chronical Incident.
But Eternity Larva is an ordinary fairy, so how can that be true? It's hard to believe a fairy could cause any incident, let alone one of this scale and intensity. She has memories that seem to belong to different people: someone who claims to be the God of Eternal Night, a priest from the Asuka period (538-710), and a fairy queen. But they are simply the dreams of a fairy. She is stuck in a never-ending dream. In a way, this world only exists within her dreams.
The various souls that have merged with her temperament say whatever they like. And there's no guarantee that their memories originated from actual living people. Perhaps they came from words written in a book, idle gossip, or vague snippets of information that simply happened to coalesce together. But there's nothing strange about that. The same could be said about all youkai and gods.
One of the fundamental laws of Mother Nature is that things repeat in cycles. The strength and endurance of natural phenomena are directly proportional to how accurately and consistently they repeat. The turning of the stars, the flow of air, the movements of the earth, the seasons, forests, and all kinds of animals... they all continue to live because they cycle. And if something cannot cycle on its own, it works together with others to cycle across generations. Eggs hatch into larvae that grow into pupae, into imago, which lay eggs again. There is also a theory that pupae are the true eggs and that larvae are moving fetuses. That would mean that when a butterfly emerges from its chrysalis, it is reincarnated. However, all that awaits the butterfly then is death. Eternity Larva is forever a larva. She still hasn't become a butterfly.

Fairies' heads are empty, which means they can act as vessels for other minds. But were they always like this? Or did someone or something hollow them out? Perhaps they used to be gods but have since lost their divinity... Then again, divine spirits can be housed in all kinds of vessels, from mountains and trees to people. That's what happens when shrine maidens summon gods. So maybe there's nothing special about fairies, after all.

It's been theorized that Tokoyo no Kuni refers to islands south of Japan. Research suggests that the Japanese people originated, at least in part, from people living closer to the equator, inheriting their culture and lineage. But what has that got to do with this Eternity Larva? Did one of the souls now residing within her come from an island to the south?

Fey Spirit of Eternal Night
The Last Word of Eternity Larva from the world where the four seasons were in total disarray (a Touhou LW original). This is a chronic Stage One attack.
It isn't entirely clear why, but it seems that the soul residing within her, who claims to be the Spirit of Eternal Night, seeks oblivion. She wants their temperaments to merge completely so that she can become an ordinary fairy. Confusingly, she believes that Okina Matara is her only hope―that if Okina steals her divine authority again, she can become a fairy. Okina is known to possess many divine aspects. However, who is to say that she stole them from other gods? Okina has certainly never mentioned anything like that. It could be that this soul has gotten all worked up over a fantasy.
