Overly Forgathering Dream, Illusion, and Thus a Night Parade

Sou refers to drizzle and scattered rain. This is an apt temperament for this Suika, an incredibly dangerous oni capable of manipulating anything's density. She is endowed with such an excessive amount of Metal Phase, the temperament of oni, that she could potentially shatter the Moon. The cold and silent Metal Phase resists Earth Phase, because earth bears metal, but it is weak to Fire Phase, because fire refines metal.
The ability of Suika Ibuki from the world of excessive Night Parades (a Touhou LW original). There is no noticeable difference between her ability and the abilities of Suikas from other worlds. The 7.5th incident, known as the Night Parade of One Hundred Oni Every Four Days Incident, has been prolonged, and Suika Ibuki is the prime suspect because she was the one who caused the incident in the first place. A bond of trust used to exist between oni and humans. Humans trusted oni to kidnap them, and oni trusted humans to exterminate them for it. Suika used her ability to gather people together and hold lots of parties in an attempt to recreate this bond. She probably came up with this idea because she didn't get her fill of flower-viewing parties that year due to a different incident that delayed the arrival of spring. Youkai energy permeated these parties, causing the guests to lie to themselves and others. The only one who remained honest was Reimu Hakurei. Her candid nature reminded Suika of the humans of old, so she attempted to get Reimu to play the game oni and humans used to play together―oni extermination. The oni had previously given up on Gensokyo, but Suika was considering calling them back. However, even if she did, they would not answer because the bond of trust between humans and oni was based on two conditions, and Suika had only fulfilled one of them―she did not kidnap any humans. This was irregular behavior for an oni, but luckily for her, Gensokyo welcomes all things irregular. After the incident was resolved, Suika became a familiar face in Gensokyo, but her plan to bring the other oni back never came to fruition. Unbeknownst to both Suika and Reimu, the reason why Suika only gathered humans together instead of kidnapping them was due to Reimu's ability. This Suika doesn't really have any reason to prolong the incident. She would soon grow tired of flower-viewing parties if they persisted through summer, autumn, and winter. To achieve her goal of getting her oni friends to return to Gensokyo, she must repair the bond between humans and oni. And the only way to do that is to get a human to exterminate her, thus ending the incident. Despite this, she kept getting stronger, and the Night Parades continued. Parties started being held every night, and even when Suika revealed herself, no one batted an eye... This was made all the more complicated by the fact that Suika really does enjoy parties, and part of her didn't want them to end. You'd think this would all be resolved if Suika just let Reimu beat her in a battle, but it's not that simple. Suika isn't good at pulling her punches, and even if it's framed as a game, oni extermination only works if it's a challenge. This same principle was shown when Reimu battled Kasen and in the incident orchestrated by Zanmu Nippaku. It must also be noted that Suika's ability is incredibly powerful. While her ability to manipulate density may not allow her to create something from nothing, she can use it to do pretty much anything else if she gets creative enough. All the forces and phenomena in the universe are reliant on density―in other words, the size of the gaps between things. By increasing or decreasing the size of these gaps, she can directly or indirectly replicate almost any phenomenon she wishes. Of course, everything has a cost, so she still needs to provide the necessary power to facilitate this change. Speaking of gaps, Suika's ability is quite similar to Yukari's. They both have seemingly infinite uses. Suika and Yukari are old friends, but surely Yukari didn't have a hand in prolonging this incident... did she?
The Spread Shot of Suika Ibuki from the world of excessive Night Parades. She slams the ground, calling forth earth spirits to attack her foes. It's theorized that when someone dies, the parts of their soul known as "po" or "haku" sink beneath the earth because they're heavier than air. Spirits that haunt the place of their death and spirits that descend all the way down to Hell are also haku. Similar concepts are shared by many different cultures, even though, nowadays, most people's first thought is that souls ascend up into the sky.
The Focus Shot of Suika Ibuki from the world of excessive Night Parades. She gathers heat from the surrounding air to punch her foes with a flaming fist. Suika and the other oni left Gensokyo sometime in the past. According to trustworthy records, the oni split up, with some going to the Land of the Oni and others to Former Hell. However, it's possible that some oni migrated to other realms. It's speculated that the oni lived in many different places before they gathered together in Gensokyo. This was quite a long time ago, so Gensokyo probably wasn't enclosed in a barrier yet. Over her long life, Suika must have traveled extensively, perhaps even across the sea to faraway countries. The various decorations dangling from her horns appear to be souvenirs that she acquired on these travels.
A Spell Card of Suika Ibuki from the world of excessive Night Parades. She buries her foe under a barrage of boulders, then sends them flying. Ame-no-Tajikarao is a god known for his great physical strength, which he displayed in the plan Omoikane, the god of wisdom, devised to get Amaterasu out of her cave. Oni are also known for their strength, and shikigami (potentially a type of oni) used by onmyouji are similar to Ame-no-Tajikarao in that they are also divine beings that follow orders.
A Spell Card of Suika Ibuki from the world of excessive Night Parades. She goes on a rampage in her giant form. Oni and humans used to share a bond of trust built upon the fact that oni kidnapped humans and humans exterminated oni. However, the oni no longer have the power they had back then. Looking at the fate of Ibaraki-Douji, it seems that when oni lose parts of their body, they also lose their malevolence, and their strength wanes. This could mean that for oni to reclaim their lost power, they must become physically bigger. Then again, if that were all it took, you'd think Suika would have already reclaimed it since she can gather power and make herself bigger with her ability.
The Last Word of Suika Ibuki from the world of excessive Night Parades (a Touhou LW original). She puts on a party that no one can stop. Could it be possible that Suika is more than just an ordinary oni and is, in fact, the legendary Shuten-Douji? In the stories, Shuten-Douji gets beheaded by a renowned warrior. If the same thing happened to Suika, it's possible that she only managed to retain the youkai power stored in her head, losing the rest along with her body. That would explain why our Suika is so small and why this Suika is so big and powerful.
Once the party begins, even Suika doesn't know how to end it. She needs an oni exterminator who doesn't get caught up in all the fun.
She's gathered power―too much power. She used to be so cute and small.
There's nothing strange about seeing an unfamiliar face at a party.
