She would wear the mallet as a robe. It is said that Sukunahikona wore a robe made from a himushi, a bug found in Tokoyo no Kuni. It isn't exactly clear what kind of bug this was, but it was probably a silkworm, since silkworm moths could fly freely through the sky way back then. Or maybe it was one of the swallowtail caterpillars that eat the tachibana oranges that grow in Tokoyo no Kuni.

It's a plan that makes full use of her small stature as an inchling, and she gets treated like a princess. Of course, they could also do the opposite.

The God of Eternal Night grants the wishes of those who pray to them. Back when humans were predominantly hunter-gatherers, they prayed to the Moon and relied on its blessings.

She wanted top-secret data: the schematics of the big brain itself. With those schematics, she was sure they'd find a fatal flaw they could use to overthrow the Capital in one fell swoop. She infiltrated the Capital, got captured on purpose, and was brought closer to the center by her captors. Then, she'd escape, get captured again, and get brought even closer. By repeating this, Shinmyoumaru infiltrated the darkest depths of the Capital's data sea. She was on the cusp of uncovering something stupendous―something known only by the data's original architect. Data shouldn't have temperature or luminosity, but she was completely submerged in it, and the deeper she dove, the darker and colder it felt. It was disturbing and terribly lonely. It made her think of her family and reminded her that there were hardly any inchlings left. Unfortunately, it was in this brief moment of self-doubt that she found some data that she wasn't seeking. Omoikane... She had found the name of the Senior Sister's divine persona. Shinmyoumaru couldn't believe it. She had heard of Omoikane before. Omoikane and Sukunahikona are siblings.
