Uya (a Touhou LW original) refers to a rainy night. This is an apt temperament for Mystia, the night sparrow from the world of eternal summer. "Hey, everyone! The heat's pretty intense today, huh?" (Strong against Sun Essence.) "But not as intense as our concert!" (Strong against Fire Phase.) "Watch out for the water cannon! You might get soaked!" (Strong against Water Phase.) The ability of Mystia Lorelei from the world delirious with eternal summer (a Touhou LW original). This ability doesn't seem any different from the Mystia of our world's ability. In the Gensokyo of eternal summer, summer literally never ends. With it being hot all day and night, heatstroke is a constant danger. One way humans and youkai deal with this is by visiting Mystia's late-night food stall and chowing down on a bowl of lamprey poke. Lampreys are generally thought of as freshwater fish, but some species live in saltwater, too. However, they mostly keep to cooler waters, so Mystia probably has a hidden fishing spot somewhere. "It's kinda boring how there haven't really been any incidents recently. Don't you think, Misty?" said Kyouko as she cleared the used dishes from the food stall's counter. Mystia felt as if Kyouko had managed to articulate what they had all been thinking. "Now that you mention it... I can't even remember the last time we had an incident." Whenever an incident occurred, the shrine maiden and her friends would go around and challenge people to battles. There was no better stress reliever. It gave them an outlet to act and feel like the youkai they are. But ever since the incidents stopped, Mystia found that she had unwittingly started acting more like a human. Her stall had changed, too. She now sells oden and ramen in addition to her lamprey dishes. "Practicing cooking is fun and all..." Kyouko looked up from the dishes she was washing with a big smile on her face. Mystia had seen her smile every day since she started helping out at her stall, but for some reason, it felt nostalgic. "But why don't we hold a concert again?! Like old times!"

What made it even more fascinating was that, in the past, it felt like she'd just sing from the heart, and the songs would write themselves. Unable to finish it in time, she apologized to Kyouko. "Don't worry about it, Mystia. New song or not, I'm just happy to perform as Choujuu Gigaku with you."

Youkai live much longer than humans, so they don't have to worry about making hasty decisions. Be it in thought or deed, they take things slowly. However, at this moment, Mystia wanted to give in to the impulses of summer. Kyouko's shout woke her from her reverie. "Let's make this a concert to remember, Misty!"
