Half-Angel's Vocation
The usual outfit of Sagume from the world obsessed with healers. "I'm still in training, but don't worry." *breaks something*

The Spread Shot of Sagume Kishin from the world obsessed with healers (a Touhou LW original). She uses medical devices from the Moon to provide medical assistance. When Sagume first became a trainee nurse at Eientei, she was brimming with confidence and enthusiasm. As a half-Kunitsukami, half-Amatsukami, she assumed she'd be able to perform all her tasks perfectly and that a fun and exciting new life was awaiting her. She would become one of those cool nurses that all the village children adore. However, this naive fantasy didn't last long...
The Focus Shot of Sagume Kishin from the world obsessed with healers (a Touhou LW original). She uses medical devices from the Moon to provide medical assistance. "Don't just stand there!" "Get outta the way!" It was the middle of the night at Eientei, and Sagume was taken aback as the experienced nurses, Reisen and Tewi, rushed past her with a stretcher. It was like she was stranded in a warzone as all the earth rabbits worked around her quickly but efficiently. This was a sacred place where professionals were entrusted with the lives of others, and Sagume was completely out of her depth.
A Spell Card of Sagume Kishin from the world obsessed with healers (a Touhou LW original). She uses divine medical devices to provide medical assistance. These medical devices were developed from Sagume's own yin-yang orbs. She can control them to administer a primeval form of healing due to her hidden affinity with shrine maidens. That is, if she didn't break them... which she does. A lot. It's kind of tragic how clumsy she is.
A Spell Card of Sagume Kishin from the world obsessed with healers (a Touhou LW original). She uses divine medical devices to provide medical assistance. Sagume's ability means that she might accidentally reverse a situation if she says the wrong thing at the wrong time. That's why she usually thinks carefully before saying anything and wears a mask that somewhat limits her ability. However, the more attention she pays to this, the less aware she is of her surroundings. It won't be long until she breaks all of Eientei's medicine bottles. Sagume has a tendency to invite unfortunate slips of the tongue, so perhaps she slips in other ways when she tries really hard to avoid saying the wrong thing. Or maybe she's just clumsy. Either way, the result is the same.
The Last Word of Sagume Kishin from the world obsessed with healers (a Touhou LW original). She uses a medical device of fate to turn everything on its head. "Are you settling in OK, newbie from the Moon?" Sagume was sitting outside Eientei with her head on her knees, gazing at the sunset, when Medicine Melancholy, a poison doll and fellow nurse, checked in with her. "Not really. I just knocked over a whole cabinet of medicine... It flipped 180 degrees." "Surely you're exaggerating..." "I'm not." Sagume was worried that she was too clumsy to ever become a full-fledged nurse. She tried so hard to prevent her disastrous words from inverting situations that she ended up physically inverting things in the clinic. There was a real risk that she might eventually cause a serious medical emergency. "Don't beat yourself up about it, newbie." "But Nurse Medi... I must be the worst trainee nurse there's ever been." "Now, you're definitely exaggerating!" Medicine surprised Sagume by slapping her on the back, making her sit up straight. The usually quiet Medicine had never given her such warm encouragement before... "That's nothing compared to when I was just starting out. Everything I touched turned to poison!"
Gloves are a solution to many sanitary concerns. They are essential when performing surgery.
Masks help prevent the inhalation of airborne pathogens. Apparently, Sagume's mask also stops her words from reversing fate.
This is her wing of light, not the wing she always had. According to Sagume, having two wings messes with her sense of balance.
