However, as a resident of the world of eternal autumn, she is unapologetic when it comes to her tastes and interests. The markets this Chimata puts on are perfect for geeking out. The world of eternal autumn is all about embracing your hobbies to the max. It may seem crazy that such a world can function, but perhaps that's only because modern human societies have become stifling. Perhaps the numerous constraints serve some function for such highly populated civilizations, but they're a double-edged sword, threatening to sever people from their own humanity. Being able to instantly and reliably attain anything you want at a market is certainly convenient, but it comes at a cost. Food waste, energy shortages, prolonged deflation, and sudden spikes in inflation can all be traced back to markets. Producers and consumers cannot be separated. Nor can supply and demand. A single person may be a consumer in one market and a producer in another. One moment they're a buyer, the next a seller. This is the true and original nature of the economy-driving human.
