Yukari was determined to use every possible asset. Publicly, she led calmly and with self-assuredness to minimize dissent and unwanted meddling. But behind the scenes, she didn't hesitate to use brutal force against any who posed a threat to her plans. Remilia, the dark demon overlord, had managed to become an interworld traveler. Had she been swept up in someone else's plan? Or was this, perhaps, proof of her power as the Scarlet Devil? She came from a world where fate had been rewritten to make her and Sakuya Izayoi allies―but that's a tale for another time. After crossing worlds, she encountered Flandre's actual older sister: a Remilia Scarlet from another world. Of course, the threads of fate are far too entangled to say for certain whether they were sisters in the strictest sense. But at the very least, they shared a common, fundamental destiny.
