Shikai Nami Shizuka (a Touhou LW original) refers to calm seas to the north, south, east, and west, and thus peace both within Japan and globally. This is an apt temperament for Sanae, the golden-haired living god from the world delirious with eternal summer.
Her original temperament (strong against Wood Phase, Metal Phase, and Earth Phase, but weak to Fire Phase) has combined with the temperament of summer music festivals (strong against Star Essence, but weak to Earth Phase). This cancels out any resistance or weakness to Earth Phase.

The ability of Sanae Kochiya (F1) from the world delirious with eternal summer (a Touhou LW original). Her ability doesn't seem all that different from the F1 Universe Sanae's.
The F1 Universe interworld travelers are known by many names, such as the pro interworld travelers, the true interworld travelers, or the official interworld travelers. You can barely talk about interworld travel without mentioning these girls. And now, they have come to investigate this world of eternal summer. Of course, Sanae knows why they're here, but she leaves the explanations and stuff to Reimu, since she seems to have a better grasp of the details. But that's not to say she isn't taking this investigation seriously. In fact, it's the opposite―she might be taking this a bit too seriously. She's just so good at hiding it that nobody notices.
The power of miracles is dependent on rituals. Rituals with a longer duration, bigger spectacle, and more faithful participants have a greater chance of causing the desired miracle to occur. And what could be more spectacular than holding a ritual at a midsummer concert? The only problem was that if Sanae simply attended a concert, the faith wouldn't be directed toward her. So Sanae came up with a plan. Moriya Shrine was going to host its very own music festival!
While youkai and other nonhumans can take many forms, they do not possess physical bodies like humans do. It's the same with gods. This Sanae's circulatory system is supported by the highly condensed spiritual bodies of two gods that act as her heart. Since they constantly have to supply this heart with divine power, the only other form they can take is that of Foundlings, which severely limits their divine influence and the very nature of their existence. That is why they look like primordial serpent gods instead of people. However, since this world is warm and they are essentially reptiles, they can always be active and adopt larger serpent forms. As Sanae stood on the beach, staring at the setting Sun, she gave thanks to the inverse Bergmann's Rule.
