New Year's God-Summoning Shaman

Htasu-bare (a Touhou LW original) refers to sunny weather on New Year's Day. This is an apt temperament for Reimu, the blue shaman from the world delirious with New Year's celebrations. She has retained the same temperament. (Strong against Sun Essence, Metal Phase, and Earth Phase, but weak to Moon Essence.)
The ability of Reimu Hakurei, the blue shaman from the world delirious with New Year's celebrations (a Touhou LW original). Her ability doesn't seem all that different from the F1 Universe Reimu's. One of the distinguishing features of this world is that it gets an awful lot of parallel-world visitors! Yukari Yakumo ordered this Reimu to investigate parallel worlds. She was sent to this world that seemed blessed yet also cursed by constant New Year's celebrations as soon as they discovered it. This is because while this world may seem harmless at first glance, from the point of view of a shrine maiden like Reimu, there is almost nothing more irregular than a world composed solely of the most festive and ritually significant day of the year. You don't have to be a sage to figure out that there has to be a clue to help them resolve the big incident there. Of course, nothing is ever that simple, so despite Reimu's protests, she wasn't going alone. "Why do I have to go with the red one?!" "It's a hundred times worse for me, Blue." Blue Reimu's first meeting with the red Marisa left a terrible impression, but it wasn't completely unfounded. This Reimu owes her life to the Marisa of her world. Back when Reimu desperately needed to learn how to travel between worlds, she was at a complete loss, and time was running out for both Gensokyo and herself. Marisa was the one who gave her an out. Reimu had to sacrifice one of her dear friends, but she successfully managed to prolong her own life and Gensokyo's existence, at least for the time being. Also, thanks to Marisa's advice, she could now travel to other worlds to seek a more permanent solution. But she had to leave her Marisa behind in Gensokyo. Alone. Forced to bear all the shame and guilt of what they had done. Reimu doesn't really care either way about the green Marisa because she's so strange, but the red one is taller and more mature than her Marisa. She's also way more powerful. Reimu can't stand getting one-upped by a Marisa... or rather a Marisa that isn't her Marisa. The fact that their faces look exactly the same just makes it worse. But what really upsets her is that this red Marisa is like a mirror image of herself. She has set out on a journey to save her world's Reimu.
The Spread Shot of Reimu Hakurei, the blue shaman from the world delirious with New Year's celebrations (a Touhou LW original). She plays hanetsuki in this attack. Hanetsuki is a game traditionally played on New Year's where two players use wooden paddles (called hagoita) to hit a shuttlecock (called a hane) back and forth. However, it is also a ritual that wards off misfortune, which makes it the unofficial sport of shrine maidens everywhere. Blue Reimu couldn't believe that she was being sent to investigate a silly world where it's always New Year's, but she was confident that with her skills, it wouldn't take long.
The Focus Shot of Reimu Hakurei, the blue shaman from the world delirious with New Year's celebrations (a Touhou LW original). She misuses her hagoita in this attack. The new year used to be celebrated at the beginning of spring. Rituals were performed to chase away bad fortune and oni in order to usher in a peaceful year. But in this crazy world, it's always New Year's, and every day is a festival. It's also full of visitors from other parallel worlds letting loose and having fun. Unbeknownst to Reimu and Marisa, it seems they weren't the only ones sent there by Yukari.
A Spell Card of Reimu Hakurei, the blue shaman from the world delirious with New Year's celebrations (a Touhou LW original). She prays for the new year in this attack. The Spell Card Rules must be different in this world because battles of bullets there often take on the form of games traditionally played at New Year's. Reimu's purification rod has transformed into a yaogoita, and her ofuda have become shuttlecocks. However, Reimu complained that she doesn't really feel like a shrine maiden without an actual purification rod, so she carries one of her spares around. That way, she can always fight at her best.
A Spell Card of Reimu Hakurei, the blue shaman from the world delirious with New Year's celebrations (a Touhou LW original). She prays for the new year in this attack. For Reimu's first dream of the year, she dreamed of Marisa. Again. Specifically, the red Marisa who accompanied her on her parallel-world investigation. Much to Reimu's dismay, Marisa kept on beating her in games of hanetsuki and even protected her in a battle.
The Last Word of Reimu Hakurei, the blue shaman from the world delirious with New Year's celebrations (a Touhou LW original). She prays that she will be able to resolve the big incident. Reimu's shrine maiden instincts kept telling her that there was something familiar about this world. Eventually, she found the answer in the Gensokyo Record, a document that explains the origin of Gensokyo. In the past, clans famed for their prowess in exterminating youkai gathered together and formed a village near a known den of youkai. Gensokyo was established when a barrier was created around these youkai exterminators and the youkai, trapping them both inside. This is eerily similar to how people from all kinds of parallel worlds have been gathered in this strange world of non-stop celebrations. It's like this world was modeled after an older Gensokyo before incidents became a thing.
Reimu's Satellite has changed form to always be active. She's quite excitable.
Ame no Fuyukinu is a god whose name literally means winter kimono of Heaven. Reimu can summon him to receive the blessing of a New Year's outfit.
This Reimu decided to call herself the blue shaman to help differentiate herself from all the other parallel-world Reimus.
