Dark Ne no Kuni's Dead Dragon
The usual outfit of Yuyuko (D8) from Multiverse Trail 9. She has false roots and a sweet, makeshift heart.

The Spread Shot of Yuyuko Saigyouji (D8) from Multiverse Trail 9 (a Touhou LW original). She attacks with tiny butterflies, symbolizing spirits of the dead. This Yuyuko did not start her journey too early, nor was she born too soon. No records of her life before becoming a ghost have been found in the true data. So her small stature has nothing to do with her age. She shrank because some of the data that defines her was lost.
The Focus Shot of Yuyuko Saigyouji (D8) from Multiverse Trail 9 (a Touhou LW original). A girl with a seemingly hidden gravesite attacks. Humans are fundamentally physical creatures, so they grow and change appearance over time. The only way to regain a look held previously is to reverse time, and the only way to accelerate growth is to speed time up. On the other hand, non-humans, aka youkai, are spiritual beings, so time has no hold over their appearance. It's fairly common to see youkai that have lived for hundreds or even thousands of years looking and acting like young girls. However, they are highly susceptible to mental and spiritual influences, so outside factors, such as changes in their environment, can easily alter how they look.
A Spell Card of Yuyuko Saigyouji (D8) from Multiverse Trail 9 (a Touhou LW original). She bites the roots of a tree similar to, but not quite as grand as, the world tree. The main issue with interworld travel is the energy cost. It requires an exorbitant amount to resolve paradoxes and leap the gap between worlds, but you also need a stockpile of energy to influence the worlds you visit. In a way, it's a mark of how far the interworld travelers have come that all their problems basically boil down to whether or not they have enough energy. However, this Yuyuko failed to realize that she needed more energy than she had. If she did, she would have probably secured more from the Saigyou Ayakashi.
A Spell Card of Yuyuko Saigyouji (D8) from Multiverse Trail 9 (a Touhou LW original). She eats a heart about the size of a bird's in this attack. It's theorized that the Saigyou Ayakashi is what enables Yuyuko to travel between worlds. This is because the Saigyou Ayakashi is special, even for a youkai. It possesses far more magical power than other youkai plants, has a deep bond with Yuyuko, and, most importantly, it functions like a living singularity. Its ability, which once beckoned countless people to death, and the fact that it never quite reaches full bloom, no matter how much spring it absorbs, might only be facets of its true power. Perhaps it acts like some kind of black hole engine that can safely propel Yuyuko to other worlds.
The Last Word of Yuyuko Saigyouji (D8) from Multiverse Trail 9 (a Touhou LW original). After treading the thin line between life and death for so long, she finally reaches her limit. The hearts of the deceased are weighed on a scale. The roots of the world tree drink from the Underworld spring. Trapped in a post-mortem fantasy, this Yuyuko's fate fell through her fingers. For some reason, she didn't have enough energy to travel to another world. This implies that she should have been able to resolve this somehow, but as they say, hindsight is twenty-twenty. She ended up in a place that would be her afterlife, her paradise, even if that was not what she wanted or deserved.
Compressed, polymerized data. Humans call it candy.
What kind of dragon lives in the realm of the dead? Whatever she is, the spirits rightly fear her.
Yuyuko can probably talk to Youmu through this doll. It lets her be Youmu's ghostly guide.
