Tenshi Hinanawi speeds along the road to Heaven on her beloved motorcycle, Flaming Gale, as she took part in the Race Across Gensokyo. With style dialed up to max, she was amping herself up by waving a flag when Kaguya Houraisan summoned her straight to the New Lunar Capital Expo. She became a cosplay icon and enjoyed every second of her well-earned rest.

In the middle of the Race Across Gensokyo, Byakuren and Tenshi were suddenly whisked away to the New Lunar Capital Expo with no idea how to get back. The two figured the best course of action was to beeline for the food stalls! "This sweet potato pie is absolutely delicious," said Byakuren, beaming with joy. "The rice balls here are fire!" exclaimed Tenshi, mouth half-full. "Really? I guess I'll hop in that line next." "Uhh... Byakuren? I don't think this line is for the food." "...Huh?" Still in their dazzling race outfits, the two were too busy enjoying festival food to notice the crowd forming around them.

New Lunar Capital Expo! Vol. 2 "E-Excuse me! Can I take a picture?!" The crowd was growing, and Byakuren and Tenshi were starting to feel the heat. "Uhh, what now, Byakuren?" Tenshi whispered. "Hmm... maybe we should just quietly slip away," Byakuren suggested. "Absolutely not!" Crashing the scene came Kasen, dressed in what was unmistakably a Reimu cosplay, complete with attitude. "No photography in the shopping area! And you two! Those flashy outfits are a bit much!" "That's rich from someone in full-on shrine maiden cosplay," Tenshi snarked. "Pretty sure you're the one drawing the cameras now," Byakuren added. "Th-That's only because I had to rush here to warn you guys! Anyway! Cosplay belongs in the cosplay corner!" With that, Kasen dramatically twirled and made her exit. Intrigued, Byakuren and Tenshi followed.

Byakuren and Tenshi had just arrived at the cosplay corner, only to be mobbed by a very enthusiastic group of photographers. Even Shiun, sitting calmly at Byakuren's side, was getting the star treatment. "That dog's adorable! Can we get a shot with him too?!" "With Shiun? Of course!" Byakuren replied warmly. "Shiun, sit!" "Awww! He's so well-trained!" Cheers erupted as Shiun sat on command. "He's always been a good boy," Byakuren said proudly. With Shiun now the center of attention, the photoshoot continued, Byakuren and Tenshi posing happily alongside him. "So," Tenshi whispered, glancing around, "should we, like... start looking for a way back to the race?" "Shiun seems happy, and everyone's having fun. Let's stay a little longer," Byakuren replied with a smile. The crowd snapped away. The photo session was far from over.
