This Koishi Komeiji might not actually be Koishi. She looks like a Koishi drained of color, but the core of her being, her soul, might not be the same. What does she see? What does she feel? Does she understand her fate?

Colors have a greater psychological effect than most people realize. Seeing the color blue, for example, can calm you down and make you feel cool. However, it can also evoke negative emotions such as cold-hearted cruelty and sadness. Your emotions are constantly being manipulated by colors without you ever realizing it.

But do colors have the same effect on Koishi? She sits before the giant aquarium, staring into it. It's impossible to know what she's thinking, but does the deep blue of the ocean affect her emotions? Does it ease her fears and give her hope for the future? Or does it plunge her into the depths of despair as she heads toward an ending that cannot be changed? There's no way of knowing this, either. Ever since she closed her third eye, such questions hold no meaning to her.

A white Koishi and a blue aquarium... Is this reality or a dream? What do she, this place, and the colors mean? No, that's enough speculation. This was an attempt to understand Koishi's unconscious mind, but it failed. It always fails. It's doubtful she even understands it herself, and she can manipulate the unconscious mind. Sometimes, seeking the truth to the exclusion of all else is a mistake. Trying to learn all there is to know is the height of folly. The simple, boring answer is that she doesn't feel anything, that there's no meaning to any of this, that the unconscious mind is empty. This might not be the answer you want, but it is an answer. And it should not be ignored.
