Pink petals form colossal mountain ranges. A sea of pure white flowers blooms in wild profusion, stretching out into a boundless flower garden. The goddess of Hell was there all alone. Her focused gaze hinted that she was lost in a reverie, but the truth remains a mystery.
This Hecatia Lapislazuli hails from a world bathed in spring. Dressed in her academy uniform, she works alongside Eiki and Zanmu as a member of the Hell Student Disciplinary Committee. Her personality is defined by her love of all things fun. Unlike Eiki, who is uncompromising in rules and order, Hecatia is willing to overlook a few things so long as everyone is making the most of their youth.
"I'm bored..." murmured Hecatia, her voice reaching no one's ears. Perhaps it was all due to the academy's suffocatingly strict new rules. Hecatia only became a discipline officer to ensure that academy life remained fun for everyone. After all, an academy isn't just a place for learning. That's why she was especially lenient when it came to club activities. She believed that fun experiences often sparked personal growth.
"What does it mean to be young? Hope, dreams, new beginnings, a vibrant spring, and feelings shining bright. But that dazzling shine doesn't last forever. Youth is fleeting. It only lasts a moment. So it cannot―no, it must not be wasted. That's why we watch over the students: to ensure they all embrace their youth in the appropriate ways."
The goddess of Hell gazes on without respite, quietly watching over this warm and gentle world.
"Ugh, now I'm feeling all weird... Ah well, guess I'll go stir up a little trouble!" exclaimed Hecatia, leaving the flower garden. For her, the greatest enemy of all was boredom. If she had time to waste on dull sentimentality surrounded by petals, she would much rather hang out with the fairy who adores her and the divine spirit with whom she shares so much in common.
On her way to find fun, Hecatia had the idea to make them the stars of the Movie Club's next film shoot. She made a mental note of it and resolved to bring it up at the next club meeting.
"Yep, life really is all about having fun!"
Her faint smile went unnoticed by all except the blooming flowers, gazing at her silently in all her splendor.
