She's also the one responsible for keeping the rowdy vengeful spirits in check. Her big-sisterly nature often shines through, like in the way she casually plopped herself down next to her fellow Former Hell resident after spotting her in the crowd.

Parsee Mizuhashi is a hashihime youkai who usually resides in Former Hell. She serves as a guardian, ensuring those who travel between Gensokyo and the Underworld do so safely. However, she's extremely prone to jealousy and often can't help but mess with people. Right now, it seems her jealousy is targeted at all of the dazzling athletes.

"Ugh, come on! Put some effort in!" grumbled Parsee, chewing on her handkerchief in frustration. Without hesitation, Yuugi wrapped a supportive arm around her. "Want me to jump in and give 'em a hand? That might make things too easy, though," she said with a grin as she reached for her drink. There was no way she actually would jump in. After all, she hated one-sided victories.

Freeze Tag Festival "I'm so jealous... I'm the one selling ice, yet they call HER the ice oni?" muttered Parsee. "Your shaved ice is pretty good, though. Gimme a bowl later, yeah?" replied Yuugi chirpily as the two of them watched the match play out below them. The arena was ablaze with passion and cheers so loud they rocked the soul, but the look on Parsee's face was cold and rife with envy.

"So, how come you aren't competing?" asked Parsee. "'Cause I saw you sat up here alone!" Yuugi's reply sounded honest, but Parsee shot her a sulky side-eye in return. Yuugi had qualities she didn't―that's why she was jealous of her. With a grin, Yuugi continued, "There's not many folks as straightforward as you. I'm glad I found you today." Parsee had precious little in common with Yuugi, but deep down, she was also having a good time.
