Lunar War Gardener
Youmu's Lunar Base outfit augments her two swords, which are both made of light. The spiritual energy of the Roukanken and Hakurouken faded, so she replaced it with electrical power. However, the only thing she was wielding at that moment was a spoon.
Youmu was in the base cafeteria. On the table was an old tray, atop which sat a pouch reminiscent of an Earth military ration. What came out of the pouch was a solid mass, unappetizing in both color and shape.
Regardless, Youmu brought a spoonful of it up to her mouth without a hint of hesitation. Perhaps one as self-disciplined as her understands the importance of nutrition in building the strength needed for battle; so no matter how revolting a meal may appear, she makes sure to eat it while she can, valuing its calories over all else.
Before long, several empty trays had piled up on Youmu's table. Calories are no doubt important, but she had clearly gone overboard. She had burned a lot of energy during the morning's training, but considering her petite frame, there's no way she needed that much food. And yet, while eating pouch after pouch, Youmu's eyes sparkled with joy. Maybe she found their rock-hard contents delicious. Maybe this wasn't about her unwavering discipline.
"Om nom! I think I got a little room left," she exclaimed with her cheeks about to burst.
Indeed, it seemed as though she was simply enjoying her meal.
And it wasn't just Youmu―her phantom half had also worked its way through a surprising number of pouches. Although where all that food was going was a mystery.
As both human half and phantom half were happily gorging themselves, a piece of food got lodged in Youmu's throat, and she started coughing and sputtering. Immediately, her phantom half reacted to her distressed state, grabbing a nearby empty cup and carrying it to the kitchen. It then filled the cup with water and brought it back to Youmu.
At times like those, having a mobile phantom half is surprisingly handy. In fact, it was handy to have around at all times. Bringing it to lunch meant Youmu never had to get up to refill her glass or fetch another tray of food.
Then again, her phantom half was technically a part of her, so any work it did also tired Youmu out... which called for even more calories.
