Report #61

Story
This photo shows a tourist center by the Underground Geyser Center, which connects Gensokyo to the Underworld. However, there's no pathway to the Underworld inside this building. The actual "pathway" is a vertical shaft found in the building behind it, which is nearly identical to a super-low-depth drilling facility.

Excerpt from R's report: "A tourist center deep in the mountains... I love this kinda place! The air outside is fresh, and inside, there are countless pamphlets and travel guides waiting to be found. But I can never remember any of the information inside them. It's all too boring... It's kinda funny how the only thing in good shape around here is the geyser, though."

Excerpt from M's report: "This place was clearly man-made, but I wonder what it was for. The building back there should have been enough to use the geyser for industrial purposes. The fact this sort of archive center exists means this place must have held some significance in the past. No doubt this geyser supported people's lives around here."

Excerpt from R's report: "Seeing water burst up from beneath the ground like this, it's a pretty obvious leap to assume you can use it to produce electricity. It'd be a shame to let all this energy go to waste. Boy, geothermal electricity generation sure is awesome. Although I guess geysers aren't particularly well suited for it..."

Excerpt from M's report: "Hm? This geyser's history doesn't go back as far as I thought. It turns out the water is being pumped artificially. Did they really go through all this trouble just to attract tourists? That's so lame. ...What's this? "Nuclear Fusion - The Power Source of the Future" Huh. I wonder what this is all about."
