Story
"Yay! Now I can fight! Just like when I first came to Gensokyo! To think clothes could do so much more than be fashionable and cute. And that goes double for me 'cause I'm a shrine maiden. Part of my power lies in my outfit. All right. Guess I'll give it a shot! Let's see how this Lost Word Incident fares against a MIRACLE!"

Sanae Kochiya's Fantasy Rebirth Miracles provide religions with influence and power. Unlike the predictable stability of science, miracles let people feel the love of a higher power. As humans age, they tend to establish a daily routine that is hardly ever broken. So, when a miracle occurs, it is like a sign, allowing people to act like children again and beseech gods for help. Conversely, children's lives are full of miracles because they see the world differently from adults. Like a kind of synesthesia, they draw connections between mysterious happenings and unexplainable events. Miracles aren't actually that uncommon, but humans forget that as they grow up.

"I can't fight you. There's no way I could... Not with this power...!"

Land of Revelations Sanae left her old life behind when she came to Gensokyo. She came as a god, accompanied by other gods. There is now a barrier between her and her family, friends, and classmates. She will never see them again. She can't. However, since her coming to Gensokyo was undeniably a miracle, there is always hope, even if she can't see it.

"I'll have to sign this with my actual name, but it's probably better I use titles for other people. Lady Divine Power. I'm a god, so I curse those who cross me, but I'm not sure how far we should take this. Don't get me wrong. I won't hesitate. We've come this far, so we have to see it through to the end. But I reckon it's worth thinking about. I'm prepared to bear any sin. For now, I'll take this back home as fast as I can." [Torn page of a report written by Suwako Moriya.]
