Sea Sparrow Singing

Mentioned Characters: Kyouko, Mystia
Story
Summer! The beach! Time for a concert! Taking to the splash-filled stage is the band of the moment: Choujuu Gigaku! Say hello to the singing, dancing sea sparrow stealing the hearts of seaside music lovers... Mystia! "Hey, everyone! I'm counting on your cheers to cool me off in this heat!"

Mystia Lorelei is a night sparrow―no, a sea sparrow from the world of eternal summer. Kyouko gave her the nickname Misty. Her frilly swimsuit helps her stay cool in the midsummer heat and matches perfectly with her partner, Kyouko's. Recently, they've both been wearing a scrunchie on their wrists for extra flair. She and Kyouko get on super well in this world, too, and love performing music together.

"Singing is my absolute favorite thing," said Mystia, responding to the interviewer's question. "We want our music to reach everyone in the world, not just our fans. In the past, lots of people were wary of my ability, but I believe music contains a sort of magic that brings people together. All me and Kyouko are doing is seeing how powerful that magic can be." After an awkward silence, Mystia pouted and said, "You weren't expecting me to answer in that much detail, huh? How rude." But before long, her expression softened, and she started giggling. Her smile is certainly alluring, but so is the fiery passion hiding behind it.

This is the tale of a summer concert gone by... The water cannons blasting through the air made Kyouko's and my dancing all the more dazzling. The water splashed and sprayed as if our voices were conducting it, drenching us both. The concert was going smoothly, as it always did. Our voices rang out through our megaphones, and everyone in the crowd seemed completely spellbound. But I figured there's no fun in everything going to plan. I glanced over at Kyouko and gave her a nod. She nodded right back. Turns out, she was thinking something similar. I told myself it would be fine. After all, we had rehearsed this. There was no need to rush. We didn't want the fans to catch on. It was time to show them something new.

"I'm ready to sing, Gyate!" "Good! 'Cause I'm ready to dance!" With all-new choreography and an innovative call-and-response section, we pulled off a perfect performance where we both had a chance to shine. The fans erupted into thunderous applause, and the atmosphere was electric as the energy on stage hit its peak. I wanted that moment to last forever. But that wouldn't have been fair to all the incredible moments yet to come. "We're just getting started!" Shouting above all the cheers, we continued to amp up the crowd. We gave everything we had and more to put on a great show. After all, that's what fans of Choujuu Gigaku come to see.
